These terms govern your use of Elite Mentality (the "Service"), provided by Elite Mentality Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account you agree to them.

The Service

Elite Mentality is a self-improvement product that provides a daily ritual, streak tracking, applied frameworks, and a community area. It is not professional advice. Not medical, legal, financial, or psychological.

Outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, career, or wealth result. Outcomes compound from consistent action over time. References to elite performance describe standards of practice, not promises of results.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 to use the Service.
  • Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Free tier provides core features. Paid tiers (Elite, Inner Circle) unlock further depth.
  • Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe. iOS and Android purchases go through Apple and Google.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings.
  • Statutory rights apply. UK consumers have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; using the Service during that period may reduce any refund due.

Acceptable use

  • No abusive, harassing, or unlawful content in The Arena or any social area.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised automated access.
  • Frameworks in the Library are original summaries; you may not republish them without permission.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Elite Mentality Ltd. You retain ownership of content you write into the Service (anti-vision, journal entries, community posts).

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise the Service is provided as-is and our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
